2. Fair Use & Intellectual Property

Vidora is provided solely as a personal utility tool for downloading and viewing publicly available online media.

• Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of creators, artists, and publishers.
• You must obtain necessary permissions before reposting, redistributing, or commercializing any downloaded media.
• Vidora does not host copyrighted media files on its servers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Vidora is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, as third-party platform formats and access policies change dynamically.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Advertising

Vidora offers a free version supported by advertisements. We also offer premium subscription plans ("Vidora Premium") to remove ads and unlock future premium features.

• Billing & Renewals: Subscription payments are processed securely through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your active subscriptions at any time via your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google respectively.
